- Madar Coil Coating was founded in 2004, due to the increase in demand for high quality Pre-Painted Aluminum and galvanized steel coils.

- The plant capacity was designed to fulfill the current local market demand and to have approximately 80% excess capacity for export.

- The investment included a continuous high speed, three layers coil coating line , Coil slitting and embossing line, cut to length line, paint production plant, and Automated paint mixing system for color production.
- The equipments installed were of the best available quality and latest technology. The coating line was supplied by SMS Demag, and the ovens by Vits GmbH. Both are considered one of the leading suppliers of coil processing equipments in Germany.

- The paint production equipment and the paint mixing system were supplied by the best European manufacturers.

- Production has started in the end of 2005; the installed Annual capacity is approximately 30,000 M.T of Aluminum or 70,000 M.T of galvanized steel depending on the product mix, at a production speed of 70 m/min.

- Currently Madar Coil Coating is exporting its products to Europe, Turkey, North Africa, Middle East; and the Gulf countries.

- As part of MCC’s management commitment to quality, environmental and social responsibilities in 2008, Madar Coil Coating Was ISO certified by TUV Nord and was awarded the following Certificates:

• ISO 9001 for quality management systems.
• ISO 14001 for environmental management systems.
• ISO 18001 for Occupational health and safety management systems.
